GSL Consulting was formed 2019 by Steve Ledbetter, Principal, who brings nearly 21 years of airport parking experience in revenue management, online/mobile booking systems and mobile-connectivity. He has held several key leadership positions with The Parking Spot, L&R Group (WallyPark & PRS/RezPort) and Arrive that molded a unique skillset, prompting him to take his knowledge directly to airports.
GSL Consulting's vision is to help airport's better control the ecosystem from beginning to end, while promoting and selling other services and non-aeronautical ancillaries. This vision includes providing an enhanced parking journey for the airport's customers for an easy, savings filled, journey through the airport.
GSL Consulting helps airports use parking as a first touchpoint for travelers, and as a catalyst for driving other airport services and non-aeronautical ancillary revenues. The ultimate goal is to give the airport full control of all parking assets and revenue, turn the website and app into revenue generators, drive customer data, connect to the market, and give travelers the ability to reserve and prepay for parking - all while enhancing customer experience, growing concessions, easing congestion and reducing operational expenses.
